We are looking for employees who are interested in becoming part of a caregiving team, whether in a professionally trained position, as a bedside caregiver, or as a worker in one of the departments providing services and support within the building. We strive to be flexible in accommodating scheduling concerns and welcome part-time as well as full-time workers. Our wage structure and benefit packages are great and all efforts are directed at maintaining a fully staffed work force that has been carefully selected and trained to care for our residents. Agency staff is never used. The staff at our facilities are a very important part of the Rennes Group family. Their dedication, compassion, and care are what makes this a special place to work.
