Starting with the first facility in Peshtigo, Wisconsin in 1973 – the entity members of the Rennes Group Inc.; Rennes Health & Rehab Center, The Renaissance by Rennes, and Residence by Rennes include a highly experienced, licensed and compassionate care team who’s dedicated to providing quality and personalized care. For 50 years, the Rennes Group family has focused on answering community care needs by expanding from Peshtigo, Wisconsin, into Appleton, De Pere, Marinette, Rhinelander, Weston, and Wisconsin Rapids. A pioneer in the industry, Rennes Group is known for opening the first assisted living facility in the state of Wisconsin and prides itself on remaining a family-owned and operated organization to this day.
Services cover a continuum of care needs, from independent living condominiums to assisted living and memory or dementia care communities, and skilled nursing home facilities. Specialty services include care plans for dementias, and transitional care units that focus on physical, occupational and speech therapies and rehabilitation following surgeries or illness, as well as expert certifications like Vital-Stim Therapies, Lymphedema management, PWR! (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery) or LSTV Loud® Parkinson’s Speech Therapy, just to name a few.

Residence by Rennes
Assisted Living & Memory Care
Our newest addition to the Rennes Group family, Residence by Rennes offers assisted living and memory care on our De Pere and Peshtigo East campus, which also includes Rennes Health & Rehab Center-De Pere and Renaissance by Rennes-De Pere and Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Peshtigo East. As the diagnosis of dementias continues to rise, and as there are many stages to dementia, a person living in assisted living may realize changing care needs. Residence by Rennes offers the next level of memory care while maintaining the highest level of independence and privacy as deemed safe and appropriate for each resident.
