For people interested in entering the rewarding career of caregiving as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Rennes Group offers a CNA Tuition Payment Program. Interested parties will receive an application for consideration from the Rennes Health & Rehab Center to which they are applying. This tuition program is available at the Rennes Health & Rehab Center’s discretion to qualified applicants wishing to enroll in the course to become a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Wisconsin.
