Residence by Rennes-Peshtigo offers assisted living and memory care as part of a continuum of care campus adjacent to Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Peshtigo East.

Scheduled for opening late Spring 2023, Residence by Rennes is a Community Based Residential Facility, or CBRF, and includes various amenities and services, including a whirlpool spa, personal laundry service, and assistance with activities of daily living. As the diagnosis of dementias continues to rise, and as there are many stages to dementia, a person living in assisted living may realize changing care needs. Residence by Rennes offers the next level of memory care while maintaining the highest level of independence and privacy as deemed safe and appropriate for each resident. Due to our location adjacent to Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Peshtigo East, residents also have convenient access to physical, occupational and speech therapy and on-site registered nurses with 24-hour staff trained in dementia care. The proximity to therapy is ideal for memory care patients who need ongoing support with speech and language therapy – helping residents work on swallowing disorders, memory loss and comprehension difficulties.
