Rennes Health & Rehab Center-De Pere is a 122-bed nursing home dedicated to providing a full range of rehabilitative therapies and 24-hour skilled nursing. Located in a quiet De Pere neighborhood moments from the popular Main Street district, we offer both short-term rehabilitation therapy following a hospital stay or injury, or as long-term rehabilitative therapy and skilled nursing required to meet healthcare and support needs. Delivered as either inpatient or outpatient therapy in our brand new, state-of-the-art therapy gym, services include physical, occupational and speech therapies. While residents are often referred to us via physician or facility referral, we are also happy to work with people who are pre-planning their surgery and rehabilitative therapy care plan.

Our highly experienced and licensed staff enjoys tremendous support for continuing education and certification programs. As we look ahead and toward training of future clinicians, we foster strong academic relationships with in-state and out-of-state universities and colleges, offering our site for student clinical internships.
