Rennes' pride and joy - its first rehabilitative therapy facility- is located in Northcentral Wisconsin within Marinette County. Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Peshtigo West is a 90-bed skilled nursing home facility dedicated to providing a full range of physical, occupational and speech therapies. 

Our experienced nursing team develops personalized service plans to address unique resident needs for either short-term rehabilitative therapy or long-term care and skilled nursing following an illness, injury, surgery, or medical diagnosis. Due to our proximity to Marinette and our Renaissance by Rennes assisted Living apartment community, residents who do not require 24-hour skilled nursing but do require some assistance with daily activities choose to reside at Renaissance but use our outpatient therapy services and enjoy free transportation between the two facilities. Of course, outpatient therapy is available to any community member, not only those who reside in our facilities.

We're also excited to share the expansion of the continuum of care in Peshtigo with the announcement of a new Community-Based Residential Care Facility, Residence by Rennes, Assisted Living & Memory Care. Residence by Rennes is scheduled to open in late Spring 2023 and will be adjacent to Rennes Health & Rehab Center-Peshtigo East.

While many residents come to us from a physician or facility referral, we are also happy to assist directly with you or your family during pre-surgery or long-term care planning. Our care team employs a resident-centered, outcome-focused interdisciplinary approach to ensure high quality care.
