Whether you or a loved one is struggling with loss of mobility or recuperating from a recent injury or surgery, physical therapy -or post-surgery rehabilitative therapy-can make a lasting difference in decreasing pain and improving or regaining range of motion. Depending on care needs, physical therapy at Rennes Health & Rehab Centers is available as either inpatient skilled nursing or as outpatient therapy. Working together with our experienced care team, we’ll develop a personalized plan designed to get you or your loved one safely moving and enjoying activities once again.

Located in Northeast and Northcentral Wisconsin, Rennes Health & Rehab Centers are right in your own backyard. Depending on location, our care team includes specialists in Vestibular Rehab Therapy, Lymphedema management (CLT), and PWR! (Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery).  All of our centers have off-weighting systems (LiteGait® or Biodex Freestep®), to regain balance and begin walking normally again. Oftentimes, residents join our center not only because of a physician or facility referral to physical therapy, but we’re also able available to help pre-plan post-surgery rehab with us.

What to Expect During Physical Therapy

Your physical therapist will complete a comprehensive evaluation of your mobility and your physical capabilities such as joint motion and strength, balance, and posture. The therapist will collaborate with you to determine your goals and to develop a physical therapy plan aimed at safely improving your strength and mobility.
